Cancellation policy

Once you have ordered your product via our online store and finalized your method of payment, being your choice of Credit card, Financing, or otherwise, your machine will then be delivered to your home. If paid retail price, and you are unsatisfied with your retail/online purchase, you may return the product within 3 Calendar days, including the day of purchase by 5pm MST. Please be advised that any discounts or sale prices offered will be considered a final sale. The product must be in new condition and cleaned and damage free. Accepted returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee that must be paid via CC or e-Transfer before a return will be accepted. You must give cancellation notice in writing by faxing the office at the numbers listed on this receipt and by giving notice to your Rep within the timelines.
